Anchoring Ourselves During Turbulent Times
June 5, 2020
Our nation, cities and communities are in distress, filled with people who are under-protected and under-appreciated. Our employees bring this heaviness, along with frustration, confusion and anger, to their work everyday.
Join Elizabeth and Karen for a small-group conversation about leading during turbulent times. During this intimate interactive session, we'll explore our responses to current events and how that impacts the ways we influence and guide others, as well as discussing ways to lead team, organizations and ourselves through these difficult times.
April 3, 2020
The event will include a keynote presentation from Dr. Matteel Knowles, Greenville Technical College vice president for student services, motivational speaker and transformation coach.
Local business and community leaders will take part in an interactive panel discussion regarding the role of leadership skills and leadership development in technical and trade jobs. They’ll share guidance on how leadership skills are necessary for career success whether you’re in a management position or in your first career-path role.
Facilitated group discussion will also offer students the opportunity to interface and gain insight from business professionals in attendance.
