Individual executive coaching is a one-on-one development process contracted between a professional guide and a client. The goal of this coaching relationship is to improve the executive’s performance so they can grow in their career and within their organization.

Executive coaching focuses on performance enhancement for executives, high-potential managers and up-and-coming leaders in the organization. The benefits of coaching largely depend on the agenda and goals of the client. Some of the most common benefits are:

Description

These one-on-one coaching opportunities are designed to enhance your leadership skills, executive presence and success. Executive coaching can benefit leaders and aspiring leaders at all levels within an organization. Mid-level managers may be able to use executive coaching as a way to propel themselves forward; gain influence and confidence; and develop the skills required to succeed in senior level roles.

Individual coaching package options include:

  • Package 1 – three-month commitment : Six one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour each); LVI (360) Feedback Assessment; Harrison Assessment, DISC assessment.
  • Package 2 – six-month commitment: Twelve one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour each); two LVI (360) Feedback Assessment, Harrison Assessment, DISC assessment, EQ assessment, unlimited e-mail support, two update meetings with manager (30-60 minutes). Additional services include job shadowing, interviews with a minimum of six colleagues/direct reports.
  • Package 3 – nine-month commitment: Eighteen one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour each); two LVI (360) Feedback Assessment, Harrison Assessment, DISC assessment, EQ assessment, unlimited e-mail support, two update meetings with manager (30-60 minutes). Additional services include job shadowing, interviews with a minimum of six colleagues/direct reports.
