Have you been considering coaching, but aren’t sure how to find the coach you need?
You may be seeking coaching for business or leadership, but no matter what type of coaching you’re looking for, coaching relationships are very personal. You need to find a coach who fits with your personality and leadership style, as well as one who is experienced and knowledgeable in the areas you’re seeking to improve.
The market is full of coaches. What’s the secret to finding the right one?
Get to know them.
We’ve developed a program that allows our clients to evaluate coaches based on specific skill sets that match up. These coaches are expert leaders, and they also have specific knowledge that’s applicable to different business and career situations.
Whether you’re looking for a business strategy coach, a communications coach, a life coach, a career transitions coach, or any number of other specific situations/disciplines – we have a coach on our team who can provide you with guidance and support.
Here’s a roundup of our coaching team, along with their favorite areas to coach and to get results for their clients.
We Asked Our Coaches: What Are Your Favorite Areas/Topics to Coach On?
I focus on coaching that unleashes human potential at the individual, team and organizational level. Some of my favorite coaching areas include:
• Coaching for leaders, teams and individuals on physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
• Well-Being Trainings and Workshops to equip individuals and teams with sustainable well-being strategies.
• Coaching individuals and teams on stress and burnout through eco-therapy and mindfulness strategies.
• Sustainability Awareness trainings and workshops based on deep ecology and systems theory, for leaders as well as for all employees.
I enjoy business coaching that helps my clients handle specific problems and situations, including improving communication, making decisions, growing as a leader and managing conflicts. These type of coaching situations can cross over from business coaching to personal development, which i also enjoy.
I enjoy working with clients and providing both business coaching and life coaching. During my career, I’ve served in the military and worker in public and private sector roles. I’ve developed experience that enables me to support business and individuals as they navigate change and creative transformative strategies.
I most enjoy working with executives in global companies or those who interact with people from multiple cultures. I enjoy connecting with and coaching executives working to be more efficient in operations, project management and supply chain management.
Career coaching is my favorite area. I really enjoy watching my clients grow and achieve their career goals. During my career, I’ve become an expert in assessing organizations, finding competency gaps and developing programs to address organizational needs. That same skill set is used for career coaching, as I work with candidates to emphasize their strengths and develop their potential to become the leaders their organizations need.
I also enjoy life coaching and helping clients to assess their priorities, develop goals and create solutions for themselves.
We Asked Our Coaches: What Sets Your Coaching Apart From Others?
My coaching approach is a holistic one based on developing human potential, expanding the individual and team potential on different dimensions, from the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual/transpersonal lenses.
I believe in human potential and my coaching provides a mirror and an expansion of the unique light and potential I see in each person.
I am Solution Focus coaching certified. I love this type of coaching because it’s geared toward envisioning the client’s desired future, then outlining the necessary steps to get there.
Solution Focus methodology brings energy, positivity and empowers the client to be a specialist to solve his/her own problem.
The high level of experience I’ve earned – board, business and life experiences over 35 years in public and private leadership roles.
As a leader and trainer of multiple types of organizations, I realized that the standard of face to face training was not enough. There needs to be follow up and accountability that coaching adds. With that knowledge, I pursued a Master’s Degree in coaching which I feels gives me additional depth and awareness when serving my clients.
30+ years hands-on experience getting things done through people in global situations. I’ve spent my career coaching organizations through the complexity of global supply chains, working with them to build teams that are focused, aligned, and positioned for fast response.
Sometimes people know what they need to do – deep in their hearts – but aren’t ready to take the necessary steps to move from idea to action. I am proficient at facilitating people to “discover” what they already know and put a plan into action.
